Westlife Invites Audience To Reminisce With Legendary Songs
JAKARTA - A boy band from Ireland, Westlife, successfully rocked ICE BSD Tangerang through a series of hit and legendary songs performed at a concert titled The Wild Dreams Tour on Thursday night.
The concert was opened by the performance of Indonesian singer, Judika, who performed four songs namely Cinta Karena Cinta, Sampai Kau Jadi Milikku, Bagaimana Kalau Aku Tidak Baik-baik Saja, and the group's song titled Beautiful in White.
The group, consisting of Shane Filan, Kian Egan, Nicky Byrne, and Mark Feehily, kicked off their performance with the song Starlight, the first single from Westlife's latest album, Wild Dreams, which will be released in 2021.
When the song was performed, the audience's enthusiastic screams echoed from various angles. Seeing the extraordinary energy from their fans, Westlife without hesitation invited the audience to jump to enjoy the song.
"Come on everyone, let's jump!" said Shane on the sidelines of his performance, as quoted from Antara.
After performing the first song, Westlife then greeted the audience and again invited the audience to sing along. Shane even asked the audience to follow his cues to sing the most iconic part of the song Uptown Girl.
"Welcome to The Wild Dreams Tour 2023. Hello, Jakarta! Come on, let's dance and sing together. Everyone, follow me," said Shane.
"Let's scream louder," he said again, which further aroused the enthusiasm of the audience.

After that, the song Uptown Girl was played and immediately made the audience hysterical. The screams of the audience who joined in singing verse after verse of the song also echoed even more.
Through the concert The Wild Dreams Tour, it seems that Westlife really wants to invite the audience to reminisce with their songs.
Legendary songs and hits such as When You Look Like That, Fool Again, If I Let You Go, My Love, Swear It Again, I Have A Dream, What About Now, Mandy, Fly Without Wings, Hello My Love, and You Raise Me Up was also performed by Westlife at the concert.
