Flawes Express Heart Breaks In Single Don't Blame Me
JAKARTA - Trio synth alternatif pop asal Inggris, Flawes, siap merilis single terbaru Don't Blame Me untuk memperluarkan keras hati melalui musik dengan melodi yang penuh semangat.
The single Don't Blame Me, which was released via Red Bull Records, is one of the tracks from Flawes' latest album, One Step Back, Two Steps Forward, which is scheduled to be released on June 9.
Launching Antara, Tuesday, the band fronted by Josh 'JC' Carruthers (vocals), Freddie Edwards (guitar) and Josh 'Huss' Hussey (drums) wrote the single with Sam Backoff of Avenue Beat. Sam is a figure who went viral on TikTok with the song Lowkey F*** 2020 and won praise from Rolling Stone and Justin Bieber.
Flawes vocalist, Carruthers 'JC' said one of the best parts in making this album was to do recording sessions with people who had or were experiencing exactly the same thing as Flawes did.
"I really like it. These songs will not be possible without a step back. This makes the results a little sweeter after successfully struggling to overcome the challenges that exist," he said.
Flawes defines the album One Step Back, Two Steps Forward as a passionate album with passionate rhythms describing how every moment in life is something very important.
Guitarist Freddie Edwards and drummer Josh 'Huss' Hussey keep a cheerful mood through dramatic electro-pop songs such as Give Me Your Worst, a song with Coldplay-style synth rhythm on "Satllite", as well as Waste It All On You euphoric closing songs.
Flawes also presents a darker tone feel on this album with a fighting spirit on Tears Won't Show.
Flawes' music has garnered fans from well-known musicians like Billie Eilish, brought them to play music with Finneas, and received support from Radio 1 and took them to the Reading and Leeds stage.
