Little Girl Kidnapped In Cilegon Forced To Be A Beggar Dressed As Clown At Pasar Minggu And Rarely Feeded
CILEGON – For 24 days a little girl with the initials FS (4) in Cilegon Banten has been missing and kidnapped. During the investigation, the Cilegon Police together with the Banten Regional Police finally found FS and HD (32) in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta, Wednesday afternoon, January 25 at around 14.00 WIB.
It is known that perpetrator HD was the brother-in-law of the victim FS's parents. During the kidnapping, FS was used as a money-making machine by begging in doll clothes in several areas.
"Based on the results of the CCTV check, it can be seen that the perpetrator took the victim while being carried with the perpetrator wearing a green hoody jacket, and jeans leading to PCI (Pondok Cilegon Indah). Then the team combed the direction of PCI to determine where the perpetrator took the victim. Then on Wednesday, January 4, at around 09.00 WIB, the Cilegon Police Chief divided the team according to the investigation, namely in the Kalideres area. Then another team headed for Tangerang City and the Serpong area," explained Cilegon Police Chief AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro, in a written statement, Wednesday, January 25.
In the search process, the team received information that the perpetrators were in the Kota Tua area of West Jakarta to Pasar Minggu.
"Based on the facts obtained, the team continued to carry out an in-depth investigation of the perpetrators, and Wednesday, January 25, the team, assisted by the Metro Jaya Police Resmob and Pasar Minggu Police, succeeded in securing the perpetrator who was sitting on the side of the road with the victim," added Eko.

Eko again said that the perpetrator had admitted that he kidnapped FS and during the kidnapping, the perpetrator did not give him food, and even used him as a tool to earn money by begging.
"As a result of these actions, perpetrator HD are subject to Article 83 in conjunction with Article 76F of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection or Article 332 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 15 years in prison," said Eko.
