Prosecutor's Office Has Called Witnesses, Case Of Alleged Abuse Of BPN Mukomuko's Authority Still In Investigation Stage
BENGKULU - The case of alleged abuse of authority by officials and employees at the Mukomuko National Land Agency (BPN) continues to be investigated by the Mukomuko District Attorney's Office (Kejari).
Kasi Intel Kejari Mukomuko Radiman said a number of BPN Mukomuko employees had been summoned for questioning regarding this case.
"We have summoned three to four BPN people, and we are still summoning BPN people," he said in Mukomuko, Bengkulu, Wednesday, January 18, confiscated by Antara.
He said, until now his party still needed more information, both from BPN employees who were still on duty in this area and BPN employees who had moved from this area.
Regarding cases of abuse of authority by BPN officials and employees, he continued, in the issuance of land certificates for the 2018 Complete Systematic Land Registration Acceleration Program (PTSL).
He explained, the abuse of authority by BPN officials and employees, namely the overlap in the issuance of land certificates owned by residents with land use rights (HGU) of PT Daria Darma Pratama (DDP).
"The overlap in the issuance of certificates for the residents' land and PT DDP's HGU land occurred in HGU Numbers 503 and 499 in Karya Mulya Village," he said.

He said that for the time being the status of the alleged abuse of authority by BPN officials and employees in this area was still under investigation.
He added, if there is evidence of information and other evidence that supports the alleged abuse of power, then this case can be escalated into an investigation.
"Right now we cannot confirm whether this case will continue or not, because we are trying to find evidence of alleged abuse of authority by BPN officials and employees in issuing land certificates," he said again.
His party is currently investigating a case of alleged abuse of authority by BPN officials and employees in issuing community land certificates in HGU land belonging to an oil palm plantation company in the area of the local community.
