Three Students In Tangerang Picked Up By Police At His School After Badak Lawan In Tangerang
TANGERANG Three underage high school students were arrested by the police for the stabbing case in Golu Village, Neglasari, Tangerang City. The clash between the two groups of students began to challenge each other on social media. One student was injured as a result of being stabbed by a sickle. The perpetrators were also detained by the police at their school.
Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on Monday, January 9, at 17.30 WIB. The three students who were arrested were IH (16), MRS (16) and MFD (16).
"We have secured three students, acting as carriers, owners and perpetrators of stabbing using sharp weapons of the type of sickle," Zain said in his statement, Wednesday, January 11.
Zain explained that the incident began when the perpetrator received a message from social media containing the challenge to fight. On that basis, a number of students met these challenges.
"Using a motorbike fulfills the invitation in front of AIR NAV Neglasari," he said.
The two groups of students each carried sharp weapons. However, when the attack occurred, one of the students fell while running away.
"This victim slipped while running, then was stabbed by the perpetrators. Luckily, the brawl was immediately dispersed by a number of residents who saw it," he explained.
The police, who received the information, immediately carried out an investigation until they finally managed to arrest the three students.
"They were secured at their school yesterday, along with evidence," he said.
The perpetrator is threatened with criminal penalties Article 170 paragraph 2 2 2 2 2 or 351 paragraph 2 and or Article 2 of the Indonesian Emergency Law No. 12 of 1951 concerning beatings and or maltreatment resulting in the victim being injured using a sharp weapon.
Because the perpetrator is still a minor, the police involve the PPA unit, the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A), Komnas and Child Prisons.
