Cross The Ocean To Rinca Island, This Time First Lady Iriana Rides Phinisi Without Jokowi

JAKARTA - First Lady Iriana Jokowi is scheduled to plant trees in Loh Buaya, Rinca Island, Komodo National Park, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Thursday 29 September.

Iriana will be accompanied by members of the Solidarity Action Organization for the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM) departing using the phinisi ship Ayana Lako Di'a at 07.00 WITA to Rinca Island.

The tree planting was carried out at the Niang Komodo Information Center Point. In addition, Iriana and her entourage will also visit the Niang Komodo Information Center Museum, in Loh Buaya.

On the afternoon of Thursday 29 September, Iriana and her entourage are scheduled to return to Labuan Bajo by using a similar phinisi ship to depart.

Arriving at the Marina Labuan Bajo Pier, West Manggarai Regency, Iriana and the group went straight to Komodo International Airport to return to Jakarta.

Iriana's arrival this time to Rinca Island was not accompanied by her husband, President Joko Widodo, who was on a working visit (kunker) to North Maluku Province.

On Thursday, July 21, Iriana and Jokowi went to Rinca Island together and boarded the phinisi boat. At that time, the President inaugurated the arrangement of the Rinca Island area in the Komodo National Park.

Furthermore, Jokowi also inaugurated the arrangement of the Marina-Labuan Bajo area and the Warloka waste management system in the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) Marina, Labuan Bajo.

Meanwhile, Iriana and members of the KIM OASE have been conducting work visits in NTT since Wednesday, September 28. On Wednesday, September 28, they met and greeted students from kindergartens around West Manggarai Regency.

KIM OASE is known to be a special organization initiated by Iriana and Wury Estu Handayani, the wife of Vice President Ma'ruf Amin. The organization supports and makes the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet program a success according to their capacity as facilitators.
