Twitter Presents Redesigned Spaces for Blue Subscribers
JAKARTA - Twitter has started rolling out the redesigned Spaces voice chat feature to Twitter Blue subscribers on iOS. Now users can experience podcasts, audio stations, and Audio Spaces through the Labs feature.
When Spaces first launched, it was an audio platform where users could have live audio conversations. Exactly Clubhouse, in Space also has a host and an unlimited number of people can occupy the chat room.
The company redesigned the Spaces tab while introducing a personalized hub with various content themes such as music, news, sports and other options.
The recommendations users see are based on the themes and people they follow, and even the hub will feature the most popular podcasts from around the world.
Citing TechCrunch, Wednesday, September 14, last August, Twitter decided to reuse Spaces to accommodate its podcast ambitions.
The social media with the blue bird logo says the podcast is part of its plan to give users an all-in-one personalized audio destination by giving users more audio content to listen to.

Based on its internal research, 45 percent of people who use Twitter in the United States (US) also listen to podcasts every month, so the company will automatically suggest podcasts to help users find content based on topics they are interested in.
So, those who are Twitter Blue subscribers on iOS can now enjoy the new Spaces feature and listen to select audio and podcasts by joining experimental features at Twitter Blue Labs.
While the Spaces feature for Twitter Blue users on Android will soon follow. In addition to Spaces, Labs is currently also offering Blue users the ability to upload longer and higher resolution videos and set an NFT profile picture.
