But also the alleged criminal act and not only against the alleged perpetrators, but all parties involved in both helping and participating capacity.Fourth, asking the special inspectorate to examine the alleged ethical violations of every police officer involved and impose sanctions on members of the police who are proven to have carried out obstruction of justice in handling and revealing the death of Brigadier J.Fifth, strengthen the institutionalism of UPPA as the directorate so that it becomes more independent and professional in cases of women, including sexual violence.Sixth, asking the Police to adopt good practices in handling reports of cases of alleged sexual violence against Putri Candrawati in other cases. Especially against women who are in conflict with the law.Finally, Komnas HAM asked the National Police to carry out coaching efforts against all members of the police to carry out their duties in accordance with applicable regulations and adhere to the principles of professionalism.
