Pos Indonesia Courier and Logistics Business Director Siti Choiriana said her party was committed to reviving Pos Indonesia to become an option for all Indonesians. The trick is to carry out digital transformation by providing the PosAja application! and PostPay.

Choiriana said the PosAja app! serving customers in the field of courier services or mail and package delivery. This application has also been integrated with the marketplace in the country.
Furthermore, Choiriana revealed that PosAja was originally! it was intended for Pos Indonesia's digital courier, then developed into an application that can also be used by the general public who want to experience the convenience of shopping.
“This application can buy groceries, fashion products, to Gramedia books. So the services provided by Pos Indonesia are getting easier, and our services are the cheapest, most reliable and the widest," he said.
According to his notes, PosAja! now connected to eight marketplaces, namely Bazara, Beemarket, Bhinneka, Brayamart, Belibenih, Indonesia in Your Hand, Padi UMKM, and Gramedia. This service can only be accessed by people who live in 20 major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, and others.
Meanwhile, the Pos Pay application serves digital payments. This service can make it easier for the public to carry out various financial transaction activities, from transferring money to various bank accounts, sending instant money orders, transferring demand deposits, paying various bills, electricity tokens, PDAM bills, pulses, to buying data packages.
There is also a postal service that is sharia-compliant by providing payment features for zakat, infaq, and alms. In the future, this service will also be equipped with many features, such as hajj or umrah payments, sharia payments, sharia financing, sharia insurance, sharia investment, sharia e-commerce, to gold savings that also adhere to sharia principles.

The two applications, said Choiriana, can be downloaded for free via Android and iOS-based public devices. Andriod-based devices can be accessed through the Play Store, while iOS through the App Store.
He said, the available features make it very easy for customers because almost all services in the office have been transferred to devices that are usually stored in their pockets. Therefore, this application is very suitable for millennials and Gen Z who are used to technology.
"Young people, Gen Z and others, use PosAja, because this is a product that is fit to be used for the benefit of young people, millennials," he said.
In addition to making it easier for the community, said Choiriana, this digital transformation is to dispel the paradigm in society regarding Pos Indonesia that is attached to parents. He understands that perspective, because Pos Indonesia is almost three centuries old.
