Requesting Information From The Police Forensic Doctor Team, Komnas HAM Gets Detailed Results Of Brigadier J .'s Injuries
JAKARTA - The National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) stated that it had pocketed detailed information regarding the injuries found on the body of Nopryansah Yosua Hutabara alias Brigadier J.
The statement was made after the process of asking for information from the team of forensic doctors who autopsied Brigadier J was completed.
"We checked the condition of the body before the autopsy and after the autopsy. Next, we also checked the character and type of injury. We also got a comprehensive understanding of the character and type of injury", Komnas HAM Commissioner, Choirul Anam, told reporters on Monday, July 25.
Komnas HAM also received all explanations from the forensic medical team regarding scientific evidence of the wounds on Brigadier J.
One of the scars discussed during the examination was on Brigadier J's face. This was because the wound was highlighted. After all, it indicated that there was an element of persecution behind the bloody incident.
"Including, for example, if the public is asked why there are several wounds on the face, we will also explore it in great detail. We also prove what kind of evidence, if the proof is shown logically", said Anam.
Previously, Anam also said that he had pocketed significant records regarding several wounds on the body of Joshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J.
"The team already has a significant record showing what this wound was caused by, what character, when it occurred, and roughly what the injury was caused by", he said.
The records regarding the wounds on Brigadier J's body were obtained by Komnas HAM after conducting a joint investigation with experts on Thursday, July 21.

In the process of deepening with these experts, Komnas HAM used all the materials obtained, including photos and videos obtained from the family of Brigadier J.
Anam said deepening and discussion with experts took quite a long time. Because, it is necessary to understand and explore in detail the causes of injuries, whether due to firearms or cuts and so on.
Important notes obtained by Komnas HAM will be used as material when meeting with the forensic doctor who performed the autopsy on Brigadier J.
