‘Oddinary’, Stray Kids' New Album Lasts More Than 8 Weeks On Billboard
JAKARTA - Stray Kids' latest album, Oddinary, has successfully become the first K-pop artist to spend more than 7 weeks on the Billboard 200. Since its release last March, this album has continued to collect records.
Quoted from Soompi's report, the album has managed to become the first K-pop album in 2022 to spend eight weeks on the Billboard 200. Quoted from Soompi, Oddinary is now at number 184 for the week ending on May 14.
This position also further extends its own record as the longest-charting K-pop album this year. Not only that, Oddinary has also remained strong on several other Billboard charts this week.
The album is at No. 2 on the world album chart, No. 9 on the most popular album sales chart, and No. 11 on the top album sales chart.
Stray Kids is also reportedly re-entering Billboard's Artist 100 at no.88 this week. While their latest lau title Maniac is in position no. 108 on the Global Excl United States chart.
Previously, the album topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 53 regions including the United States, Germany, Brazil, Australia, Japan, and more. ODDINARY also topped the Hanteo Chart daily album chart and Gaon Chart daily retail album chart for March 18 and 19.

Stray Kids also set a record for stock pre-orders after ODDINARY surpassed 1.3 million stock pre-orders. Quoted from ANTARA, this figure is known to have increased by around 400.000 from the 930.000 stock pre-orders recorded for their previous album NOEASY.
On the first day of the release of ODDINARY, the album was also known to have sold 496.125 copies, 140.000 more copies than NOEASY's first-day sales record of 355.946 copies. As of March 19, ODDINARY was recorded to have sold a total of 535.540 copies.
