Lee Dong Wook Returns To The Role Of The 9-Tailed Fox In The Second Season Of Tale Of The Nine-Tailed

JAKARTA - Actor Lee Dong Wook will return to play the nine-tailed fox in the second season of the drama Tale of The Nine-Tailed, which takes place in 1938. He will also be acting again with Kim Bum, who was previously involved in this drama.

Quoting Soompi via Antara, Tuesday, May 3, Lee Dong Wook will return to play Yi Yeon while Kim Bum will continue to fulfill his role as Yi Rang who is Yi Yeon's younger brother.

In the first season, Yi Yeon's story ends happily with the woman he loves after going through a journey between life and death.

The second season will take a different life story from Yi Yeon because apparently that period was the most chaotic period Yi Yeon had ever lived.

"I'm happy to be back once again taking part in 'Tale of the Nine-Tailed'. I'm happy to be able to work with the amazing staff as well as great actors. Please look forward to this drama," said Lee Dong Wook, who once again took on the role as the main character.

Furthermore, in the second season, Yi Yeon seems to be going through events as a "time traveler" and returning to her past.

Kim So Yeon and Ryu Kyung Soo will play the Gods of the West Mountain and the Gods of the North Mountain, both of whom will add spice to Yi Yeon's story of returning to the future through a thrilling adventure.

The drama "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938" will air on tvN and air in 2023.
