EXO's Chanyeol Rumored To Be Rude, SM Entertainment Is Ready To Take Legal Action

JAKARTA - EXO's Chanyeol is currently serving in the military but his name has been dragged into a rumor again. SM Entertainment as the agency immediately intervened to hear the name of the idol was dragged.

Tuesday, April 26, the Real Granny event presented a YouTuber who claimed to have been threatened by a famous idol while driving.

"Once, I was driving my small motor scooter to work, and a foreign car was driving in a threatening manner," the YouTuber said, quoted from Soompi.

“I felt in danger so I avoided the car. (But then the driver) made a rude gesture by raising his hand,” he continued.

The YouTuber chased the driver until they met at a traffic light. He ventured to ask why the man was being so rude to him.

“When I did that, this guy kept pointing his finger at me. After that, I realized he is a famous idol. I will die if I mention his name," he said.

This YouTuber uploaded a video to prove the incident. In an instant, netizens suspected that the car was driven by EXO's Chanyeol judging by the type of car.

SM Entertainment released a statement that the idol was not Chanyeol. They explained that the car was different from the one the EXO rapper had.
