Marc Marquez Will Give A Decision Soon: Continue Racing Or Retire?
JAKARTA - Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez seems to be soon to announce his decision about his racing career after taking a short break due to injury. However, it is not known for sure whether Marquez will continue to race for the 2022 United States MotoGP or end his career.
During his injury recovery period, Marquez was seen doing a test on a CBR600rr motorcycle to find out if his diplopia or double vision was still bothering him or improving. This can be seen from the upload on the Instagram account @marcmarquez93.
If the test results show a positive situation, it is not impossible for Marquez to have the opportunity to appear at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) this weekend for the third MotoGP series which will be held in the US. But if the results are bad, of course the number 93 champion will be forced to miss even longer at the beginning of this season.
In fact, it is possible to retire early.
Currently Marc Marquez is considering a mature option after undergoing trials. If he feels capable of racing, it is not impossible that he will immediately fly to the United States and the consideration about his career is implied in his latest upload.

"Now it's time to breathe and make a decision," said Marquez on Instagram Story shared Wednesday, April 6 in the morning of Indonesian Western Time (WIB).
Previously, the Spaniard was diagnosed with diplopia at the end of last year. However, his condition continued to improve so that he could appear in the opening race of the 2022 MotoGP in Qatar where at that time Marquez successfully finished in fifth place.
Unfortunately, bad luck happened to Marc Marquez during the warm-up session at the 2022 MotoGP Indonesia. He bounced and fell very hard from his motorbike which made him fail in the inaugural race in Indonesia due to a mild concussion.
As a result of the accident, the diplopia he had suffered relapsed when he was on his way back to Spain from Mandalika. As a result, this situation forced Marc Marquez to miss the Argentina 2022 MotoGP race which took place last weekend.
