For Residents Who Become Victims Of Doni Salmanan, Please Report To The West Java Police

BANDUNG - The West Java Regional Police will accommodate if there are residents who have been victims of the alleged Quotex binary options investment fraud by the "crazy rich" suspect from Bandung, Doni Salmanan.

"If there are people who want to report or become victims, we will accommodate and facilitate the victims", said the Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo, in Bandung, as reported by Antara, Friday, March 11.

However, he said, so far there have been no residents or victims of the alleged fraud by Doni Salmanan from the West Java region who reported it.

In addition, according to him, so far the West Java Police have not received any information regarding the search or seizure of Doni Salmanan's assets that was carried out in the Bandung area.

"This is a process at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, there is no (information on the search) so far", he said.

Investigators from the Directorate of Cyber Crime of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police have named "crazy rich" from Bandung, Doni Salmanan, as a suspect in the alleged fraudulent case of the Qoutex application binary options investment fraud on Tuesday (8/3) night.

Doni Salmanan, who is known to be a resident of the Soreang area, Bandung Regency, was named a suspect after undergoing examination for nearly 13 hours at the Jakarta Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The suspect was determined to prevent the suspect from escaping.

Doni Salmanan was charged with multi-layered articles relating to the ITE Law, the Criminal Code, and the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU). As regulated in Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law or Article 378 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code and Article 3 and or Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU).
