Condolences For The Death Of Hero Tito, LaNyalla: A Boxer Full Of Talents, Fighters And Hard Workers
JAKARTA - The chairman of the DPD RI, AA LaNyalla Mahmud Mattalitti, expressed his condolences for the death of boxer Hero Tito or Heru Purwanto. The boxer from Pakis, Malang, East Java died last Thursday after competing against James Mokoginta in Jakarta.
"My deepest condolences for Hero Tito's passing. The deceased was not only the proud boxing athlete of Malang and East Java, but also the pride of Indonesia," LaNyalla said in an official statement received by VOI, Friday.
The 36-year-old boxer has been active in the ring for 16 years and has fought 47 times. With details of 29 wins and 16 losses.
"Hopefully all sins will be forgiven, all acts of worship will be accepted, and we will also get the best place by His side. I hope the family is also sincere, patient and steadfast," he added.
As a Senator from East Java, LaNyalla admitted that he was proud of Hero Tito's efforts and hard work in achieving the best achievements.
"The deceased was a boxer who was full of talents, fighters and hard workers. Hero Tito's achievements can be an example for young people," he explained.
The hope is that Hero Tito's departure will not discourage other young people. On the contrary, it can be a booster so that young boxers from Malang continue to emerge as their successors.
"The hope is that the City of Malang and East Java in general will continue to produce outstanding athletes like Hero Tito. Continue to spread glory and pride for Malang, East Java and Indonesia," he said.
