Wamenkumham: Articles In The TPKS Bill Do Not Overlap With Other Laws

According to him, the TPKS Bill contains things that have not been regulated in existing laws, such as the Child Protection Law, the Law on the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons and the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Inventory of Problems (DIM) of the TPKS Bill, the government compiled it carefully and very thoroughly.

"So we are juxtaposing what has been regulated in the Criminal Code Bill, the Child Protection Act, the Law on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Trafficking in Persons, the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence. It will not be regulated in this law," explained the Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights. .

The preparation of the Problem Inventory List (DIM) in the TPKS Bill has been completed. The total DIM compiled by the government consists of 588 DIM which are summarized in 12 chapters and 81 articles.
