HK Metals, Where Ricky Harun Becomes Commissioner Turns Out To Have No Controlling Shareholders
JAKARTA - The company where celebrity Ricky Harun is one of the Commissioners, namely PT HK Metals Utama Tbk (HKMU) does not have a controlling shareholder (PSP). Because. 100 percent of its shares are owned by the public or shareholders under 5 percent.
In a statement from HKMU on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Tuesday, February 8, HKMU lost control because no one else held shares of more than 5 percent. PT Hyamn Sukses Abadi (HSA) only owns 3.05 percent of shares, equivalent to 98.36 million shares.
However, as of January 31, 2022, HSA no longer owns HKMU shares. The public is listed as owning 100 percent of the shares or the equivalent of 3.22 billion shares.
Meanwhile, the directors do not own shares in the company. Only HKMU Commissioner Andriani holds 10.000 HKMU shares.
Regarding performance, a subsidiary of PT HK Metals Utama Tbk. (HKMU), PT Handal Aluminum Sukses (HAS), recorded a new export record in November 2021. As of mid-November, HAS recorded exports of 220 tons.

Compared to total exports from January to October 2021, HAS recorded exports of 373 tons, or a total monthly average of 37 tons. The increase in exports in November reached 590 percent compared to the month-to-date average (ytd) in October. Until now, the total export of HAS has reached 593 tons.
Director and Corporate Secretary of HKMU Jodi Pujiyono said the very significant increase in HAS exports was due to several things. He explained that in the first semester of 2021, the company had not expanded the proportion for exports because it was still focused on making improvements internally and the export market situation was still under pressure.
This was coupled with an increase in COVID-19 cases at the beginning of the third quarter of 2021, both in Indonesia and the company's export target countries.
