Here's The Hope Of The Minister Of Communication And Information Budi After The Inauguration Of The New Director General Of Aptika

JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi officially inaugurated Hokky Situngkir as the new Director General of Informatics Applications (Dirjen Aptika) on Friday, July 19.

The Minister of Communication and Information hopes that Hokky can focus on completing crucial tasks in the Aptika field during this government period, as well as continuing for the upcoming government.

"More specifically, I would like to give several instructions that are divided into two clusters, namely related to organizational leadership and governance, and the second is related to the implementation of priority programs," Budi said in his official broadcast.

The priority programs in question are the eradication of online gambling, the recovery of PDNS 2 and its ecosystem, the completion of a number of regulations in the Aptika sector such as the Implementing Rules of the PDP Law, and the Minister of Communication and Information on Public PSE, the development of the digital economy ecosystem, and increasing digital literacy.

Not to forget, Budi also gave directions related to improving the quality of planning, accountability in budget management, empowering bureaucracy, and strengthening collaboration with the ecosystem.

Budi hopes that with this new position, Hokky as the new Director General of Aptika replacing Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, can carry out his duties properly and optimally.

"To Mr. Hokky, congratulations on carrying out the task of realizing the great vision of Mr. President Joko Widodo, towards Indonesia Gold 2045, through a meaningful, empowering, and sustainable digital transformation," concluded the Minister of Communication and Information.
