Passed TENAA Certification, Proof That Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Will Launch

JAKARTA - As previously reported, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Fan Edition (FE) will experience a delay in its launch. This is due to some components experiencing problems, but the phone is reported to have passed the TENAA certification process in China.

This means the new Samsung smartphone will actually be present on the market, not just rumors. According to Sam Mobile's report, Thursday, July 8, the Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to be launched next month alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3. However, the launch was delayed until Q4 2021 due to component problems. These components include the chipset and battery.

From the certification document, the Galaxy S21 FE model number SM-G9900 will come with the Android 11 operating system. In addition to the certification, there are also several leaked specifications and designs that are present.

This smartphone carries the concept of a 6.4-inch screen. The Galaxy S21 FE will be equipped with a 4.370mAh battery. It is also supported by 5G connectivity features and a dual-SIM card slot. This phone will also have a size of 155.7×74.5×7.9mm. That means the size of the Galaxy S21 FE will be more compact than its predecessor Galaxy S20 FE.

If you look at previous leaks, the Galaxy S21 FE will have a fingerprint reader sensor that is inside the screen. This smartphone also features stereo speakers and IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be supported by the Exynos 2100 processor in several Asian and African markets. While for other regions, the Galaxy S21 FE will get a Snapdragon 888 processor.

While other features on the Galaxy S21 FE are GPS, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port, wireless charging, and 45W fast charging. The Galaxy S21 FE comes in four color variants, with a choice of RAM and internal storage capacities of 6GB/128GB or 8GB/256GB.
