This Is A List Of 11 Free Telemedicines Provided For COVID-19 Isoman Services

JAKARTA – In order to help people who are self-isolating at home, the government is trying to ease their burden. One of them is by cooperating with 11 private telemedicine services to provide free services to COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms who are undergoing self-isolation.

A total of 11 digital health consulting services in collaboration with the government are Alodokter, Getwell, Good Doctor, Halodoc, Klik Doctor, KlikGo, Healthy Link, Milvik Dokter, ProSehat, SehatQ, and YesDok.

The telecommunication application can be accessed free of charge by the public who need a doctor's consultation to obtain correct guidance regarding the consumption of drugs or vitamins when doing self-isolation at home.

In addition, these 11 telemedicine services also provide drugs in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Health. Even COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms do not need to queue to go to the hospital and can get timely access and medical services.

The following is a list of 11 telemedicine and the types of services provided, compiled from various sources.

Alodokter

This application can be accessed via Android as well as iOS. Alodokter itself has been serving COVID-19 patient consultations since 2020.

Alodokter not only provides free consultation services but also medicine. This platform will provide drug packages according to patient categories such as asymptomatic, mild, or moderate. These drugs can be redeemed at all Kimia Farma pharmacies.

If the symptoms experienced by the patient are not included in the drug package provided by the government, the patient can redeem the drug at the nearest pharmacy. Alodokter provides 30 doctors who specifically serve COVID-19 patients virtually for 24 hours.

ClickDoctor

This application provides consultation services with doctors. Later, the doctor will diagnose the patient based on the results of the consultation for further treatment based on the condition of each patient.

The doctor will give a prescription which will then be prepared by a pharmaceutical service facility that has been appointed by the Ministry of Health.

"Patients undergoing self-isolation can simply consult a doctor through the KlikDokter application, so they can reduce the burden on patients who have accumulated in the hospital", said Bonny Mateus Anom, Director of PT Medika Komunika Teknologi (KlikDokter) in an official broadcast on Tuesday.

KlikDokter also provides self-isolation packages with additional vitamins produced by Kalbe. The types of vitamins provided are adjusted to the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health such as vitamins C, D, E, and multivitamin B.

Good Doctor

The Good Doctor application can be downloaded via Android and iOS. This health service can also be found in the features of the GrabHealth application.

Good Doctor provides consultation services against COVID-19 Clinics that operate 24 hours. COVID-19 patients can consult about symptoms and medicines that can be consumed in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health.

Apart from the free consultation and medicine packages, Good Doctor also provides a list of vaccinations and COVID-19 tests at the nearest hospital and home service.

Halodoc

This application provides a COVID Care feature which consists of free doctor consultations for 24 hours and medication orders. Just like other telemedicine services, Halodoc can also prescribe drugs that can be redeemed at the Ministry of Health's referral pharmacy.

Halodoc also has several other features that provide information about COVID-19, COVID-19 tests, COVID-19 self-checks, vaccination lists, and post-vaccine checks.

Clinicgo

This application, which is only available for Android users, is an official partner of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB).

Klinikgo has an Independent Isolation Telemedicine feature, where patients can consult for free 24 hours with the doctor on duty.

If you open the Isoman feature through the clinicgo.com page, patients will be immediately directed to upload positive evidence of COVID-19 to get a free consultation.

Klinikgo also provides home care services to carry out COVID-19 tests at home, so that patients do not need to come to the hospital to minimize transmission. In addition, this application has a feature to list Mutual Cooperation vaccinations for companies.

SehatQ

This application provides free consultation for self-isolation or other health conditions. Patients can be consulted regarding symptoms, medication, or therapy during self-isolation as well as prescription drugs and vitamins.

However, for consultation, there is no 24-hour service available. However, patients can easily see the schedules of doctors dealing with COVID-19 issues.

SehatQ also provides other information about COVID-19 issues such as symptoms, vaccinations, vaccine eligibility to the side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine. This app is available for both Android and iOS users.

YesDok

YesDok is a telemedicine application that provides consultation through video conversations, voice conversations, text and web consultations.

This application can be obtained through the AppStore and PlayStore. If you want to consult a doctor during self-isolation, the patient can enter the ISOMANYESDOK invitation code during registration or register to get free access.

A free consultation is only valid once for one account. For existing users, patients can also enter the same invitation code to get access to a free consultation.

For COVID-19 patients, there is a special package provided in the application. Patients only need to press the consultation option and will be contacted directly by the doctor on duty and can consult for 10 minutes.

YesDok only gives and sends free medicine for COVID-19 positive patients who are registered with the Ministry of Health system and receive messages via the WhatsApp application from the Ministry of Health.

If the drug is prescribed outside of the available package, then the cost is borne by the patient.

ProSehat

This application is a health marketplace. What distinguishes it from other telemedicine services is that patients do not need to download the ProSehat application to be able to consult a doctor 24 hours a day.

COVID-19 patients undergoing self-isolation can immediately consult a doctor via WhatsApp number ([phone]. Patients can consult about symptoms and handling of COVID-19 as well as prescription drugs according to their condition.

In the ProSehat application available on the PlayStore, patients can take advantage of other facilities, such as COVID-19 test services, either at referral hospitals or coming to their homes to register for vaccinations.

LinkSehat

This telemedicine application can be downloaded via the PlayStore or the official LinkSehat website. In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the National Board for Disaster Management (BNPB), LinkSehat provides free consultation services with doctors and drug packages in accordance with government recommendations.

In addition to COVID-19 patients, LinkSehat also provides consultations for other health problems, makes appointments with partner doctors, and provides COVID-19 tests.

MILVIK

MILKVIK is part of BIMA, one of the leading providers of health care and mobile insurance in developing countries.

This telemedicine application offers free consultation services with doctors 24 hours a day. COVID-19 patients can talk to doctors over the phone and get prescription drugs and a place to redeem them.

In addition to consulting services, patients can also get information about other health problems, laboratories, the nearest hospital to free insurance for premium customers. However, MILVIK can only be accessed by Android users.

Getwell

This application that can be accessed by Android users provides health care services and consultations with doctors 24 hours a day. COVID-19 patients undergoing self-isolation can consult about, diagnose symptoms, treatment guidelines from home, and what medicines can be consumed.

In addition, Getwell also offers swab services, diet guides, fitness and provides patient medical records.

This free 11 telemedicine program came into effect on July 6 in the DKI Jakarta area as a trial. All self-isolation COVID-19 patients will receive free medical consultations and drug packages from the government.

This program was created to reduce patient pressure to the hospital so that the hospital will only be used for COVID-19 positive patients with severe symptoms, having congenital disease, or patients with oxygen saturation below 94-95 percent.
