SEGA Will Release Sonic Rumble November 2025 With Competitive Gameplay

JAKARTA - SEGA has officially announced that its newest game, Sonic Rumble, will launch in November 2025, on PC via Steam, iOS, and Android. However, pre-registration has started now.

"When you cross the starting line this November, you will feel the best game we can give to fans," SEGA wrote in an announcement on its official website.

SEGA stated that the Sonic Rumble development process focuses on one main goal, namely creating a game that is fully worthy of bearing the big name Sonic the Hedgehog.

The company says over the past few months, the Sonic Rumble has seen a major increase, thanks to direct input from the Early Rumblers community.

Additional development times are used to improve the experience of the game's core and add to the various new features that are player-oriented.

This additional development time allowed us to launch some player-focused updates and perfect the game's core from scratch. The goal? The game is super smooth, intense, and very exciting from the start," he added.

The three main improvements presented include:

Gameplay is more competitive and dynamic, with the unique ability to confront opponents, Crew systems with friends, as well as various new stages and modes.

The player's smoother journey, through a faster onboarding process and a more intuitive interface to access missions and achievements.

A more attractive progress and gift system, with adjustments to cosmetics, shops, and achievements so that every victory feels meaningful.

This adjustment is key in making Sonic Rumble extraordinary for the long term. Even as we prepare for launch, our commitment continues and there will be more to come," concluded SEGA.
