JAKARTA - The Magic Competition is preparing to hold a large-scale solo performance titled "World's End Concert" which will be held at the GBK Basketball Hall, Central Jakarta, on November 21.

This event, which is in collaboration with the promoter Northstar Entertainment, is a momentum to celebrate the musical journey of Lomba Sihir and a form of appreciation for their togetherness with fans.

This concert marks an important achievement for the group, which is inhabited by Baskara Putra alias Hindia (vocals), Natasha Udu (vocals), Rayhan Noor (vocals, guitar), Tristan Juliano (keyboards), and Enrico Octaviano (drums).

Starting from the band accompanying the solo performance of Hindia seven years ago, Lomba Sihir then established itself as an independent collective that stood on its own since 2021.

Meanwhile, Natasha Udu said that the World's End Concert was prepared as a form of gratitude and appreciation to loyal fans - Magic Contest Participants.

"This World's End concert celebrates the Magic Competition which is still a baby and is a gift for our fans, the Magic Competition Participants, who have been with us for five years," Udu said in a statement, Friday, August 7.

In line with Udu, Rayhan Noor emphasized that this concert was designed as a space for joint celebration between the personnel and loyal listeners of their works that have grown together.

"Many of our works have become part of the lives of many people. We want this to be a celebration together," said Rayhan.

Although the Magic Competition has repeatedly appeared in various large-scale music festivals to limited independent performances, the World's End Concert is confirmed to be the most ambitious event they have ever produced.

The concert promises artistic and conceptual stage design that summarizes their visual and musical journey over the past five years.

Baskara Putra said that the production team was given full freedom to explore the stage design and performance concept to the maximum to present a visual experience that has never been tried before.

"Sihir Competition has never tried a performance on this scale. I am very much looking forward to what the result will be when our team is given access to process this series," said Baskara.

In the show, Lomba Sihir is scheduled to perform more than 20 songs. This musical presentation summarizes the repertoire from the debut album "Selamat Datang di Ujung Dunia" (2021) to the second full-length album "Obrolan Jam 3 Pagi" (2025).

In addition to a row of mainstay songs such as "Heart and Lungs", "Maybe Afraid of Change", "Everyone Has Ever Been Hurt", "Thousands of Memories", "Forever", and "If Only", Lomba Sihir will also showcase their latest track, "On the Other Side".

Enrico explained that the repertoire was designed to take the audience on a journey through the dynamics of emotions and the character of the Magic Competition music in its entirety.

"We will try to bring all the Magic Competition participants who come to be able to experience the many spectra that the Magic Competition has," said Enrico.

Meanwhile, Tristan Juliano promises a surprise through new arrangements of songs that are rarely performed on the festival stage.

"There will be many songs that are rarely played at this concert and of course with new arrangements. Friends take care of your health and don't forget to memorize all our songs so that we can cheer total at the concert!" concluded Tristan.
