JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison through the Tri brand launched a new solution based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which is specifically designed to protect users from spam and scams.
Supported by Indosat's 5G AIvolution technology, this new solution is claimed to detect and provide warnings using different color categories, ranging from toska, yellow, and red.
Toska colors will appear if the call is safe, with a notification "Tri: Safe Number", yellow with a notification "Tri: Unknown Number" for spam-indicated numbers, and a notification "Tri: Risky Number" for identified calls. scam will appear in red.
Indosat Ooredoo Chief of Marketing Hutchison, Vivek Mehendiratta, said that based on the 2024 Asia Scam Report by GASA, 65% of Indonesians face surveillance attempts every week.
