JAKARTA - The struggle of five Indonesian teams to become champions at the 2025 Spring Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA) officially begins on Friday, April 25.
The five esports teams representing Indonesia that will compete in FFWS SEA 2025 Spring, namely RRQ Kazu, ONIC Olympus, EVOS Divine, Bigetron Esports who escaped FFWS SEA 2024 Fall, and Vesakha Esports who escaped FFNS 2025 Spring last March.
"We have prepared everything carefully, corrected every mistake, and finalized the chemistry between us. We are ready to give our best to all Free Fire fans in Indonesia," said RRQ Kazu coach Adi Gustiawan (RRQADY).
All teams in the 2025 Spring FFWS SEA will start with the Hybrid Knockout round from April 25 to June 1, before continuing to the final round in Hanoi, Vietnam on June 13-14.
This tournament will have two phases. In the first phase (April 25 - May 11), where 18 teams will fight. Teams in the top 12 ranking will automatically qualify for Phase 2 (May 16 - June 1) where, they will return to compete on May 16-25, 2025.
Every day of the match at this stage, the team that sits at the top of the standings will get an automatic ticket to the Finals. So, from 6 matches throughout the 2 weeks, there will be 6 teams that qualify for the Finals.
To maintain the composition of 12 teams every day, there will be one additional team of rank 13-18 Phase 1 that will fill the blank spot.
A total of 12 remaining teams still have the opportunity to qualify by competing again for 3 days on May 30 - June 1, 2025. They will fight in a fight with a predetermined qualifying format based on Overall Standing.

The team in the top 6 will follow 6 other teams to qualify for the final round. They will compete at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, Vietnam on June 14, 2025.
For the first time, FFWS SEA will also hold a Clash Squad mode match in addition to Battle Royale mode which has been competed so far.
This Clash Squad mode will come with a total Prize Pool of US$75,000, bringing the total Prize Pool FFWS SEA 2025 Spring to US$375,000 (Rp6.3 billion).
