Follow Spotify's Footsteps, YouTube Music Will Present Lirik Sharing Features

JAKARTA YouTube Music is a tough competitor to Apple Music and Spotify. This music streaming platform often tests and releases new features that can improve the user experience.

One of the new features seen by 9to5google is the ability to share lyrics. This feature has been awaited by YouTube Music users for a long time. The reason is, the lyric sharing feature can only be found on Spotify and Apple Music to date.

To use this feature, users only need to open the Lirik tab, then tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. After that, YouTube Music will highlight certain lyrics and users can set the desired row.

After selecting the desired lyric line, press the Next button at the bottom of the screen. Like Spotify, users will see an image showing the lyric row of the selected song. At the bottom, the user will see a color option.

The selected color will affect the background display. If you have selected the desired color, the user can press the Share button at the bottom. This button will direct the user to several social media options.

In addition to displaying direct access to social media features, such as Instagram Stories or WhatsApp Status, users can also select the Save Image menu. If the desired social media option is not available, users only need to tap the Share menu with Other Apps.

This lyric sharing feature is likely to be shared with Android devices first. However, the feature is not widely available because it is still in the development stage. It is not certain when this feature will be available in stable versions on Android or iOS.
