JAKARTA - Kaspersky announced a major update to Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack (KATA), their advanced cybersecurity solution, with the launch of the WORD 7.0.

Through this update, users can now benefit from improved Network Detection and Response (NDR) capabilities with more in-depth network visibility, internal threat detection, and other important security features.

The launch of this update is Kaspersky's effort to fight the increasingly massive cyber threats targeting large companies and MSMEs.

According to a 2024 Kaspersky IT Security Economics report, large companies took the lead with 97 percent reporting of attacks, followed by 88 percent of MSMEs, and 83 percent of small-level businesses.

The latest increase in WORD 7.0 overcomes the customers' main challenges by providing full visibility across IT infrastructure, advanced defense against advanced threats, and efficient and resource-efficient security solutions.
