JAKARTA Google changed the appearance of the Circle to Search interface last September after launching the song search feature. Now, the Circle to Search display has changed again with the missing Google Lens feature.
Before the display changes, Circle to Search will feature five shortcuts, namely the 'G' button for opening the Google app, voice search features, Google Lens, song search, and language translation.
Quick access to Google apps, voiced searches, and Google Lens is placed in one bar so that the free space looks small.
After the Google Lens icon disappears, the search bar becomes wider with each icon in the left and right corners.
With this shortcut loss, users can no longer do visual searches directly. This change makes it difficult for users who are used to access Google Lens quickly through Circle to Search.
This is a huge setback because access two steps to Google Lens has completely disappeared from Android phones. All users who want to search for images quickly need to download the Google Lens app.

If users don't want to download the application, they can access Google Lens by opening the Google app or Chrome app by clicking the tab box next to the vertical three-dot icon.
Until now, it is not known whether Google has really changed the appearance of Circle to Search or if there are bugs that make the icon disappear. However, 9to5google notes that these changes appear in stable and beta versions.
