JAKARTA Google launched Gemini Live, a support conversation for Gemini's big language model (LLM), last August, but specifically for Advanced subscribers. Now, the feature is here for free users.

As Google revealed some time ago, Gemini Live users can have conversations smoothly thanks to natural language support. So naturally, users can interrupt conversations to add details or change topics.

Gemini Live uses a wavy icon with a touch of the sparkle emblem in the top right corner. The icon of this feature will be placed at the bottom left of the screen, replacing the send icon. After the icon changes, the send button will move to the keyboard.

When you first use Gemini Live, Google will explain how to use the new feature. Users only need to click on the Gemini Live icon to use the feature and stay on the interface or switch apps.

When exiting the Gemini app, users can still chat with Gemini Live because this feature is capable of running in the background. If you want to stop Gemini Live, press the Hold or End button at the interface or select Stop Live Mode from the notification bar.

Gemini Live has ten choices of votes that can be replaced easily. In the medium range there are Nova, Ursa, and Eclipse, in the high-noise range there are Vega, Lyra, and Capella, as well as in the range of votes in Pegasus, Orbit, Orion, and Dipper.

Even though it has been launched, it looks like Gemini Live is still being expanded gradually as VOI has not seen its features in the Gemini app. For now, Gemini Live is currently being expanded to support only English, but Google will add another language in the future.
