IPhone 16 Pro Presents September 2024 With An Interesting New Feature

JAKARTA - The launch of the iPhone 16 Pro is getting closer, where Apple is expected to host its annual iPhone event early next month, possibly on September 10, 2024. Here are all the new features expected to come to the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max.

Larger Screen

The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will come with larger screens than their predecessors. The iPhone 16 Pro will have a 6.3-inch display, an increase from 6.1-inch on the iPhone 15, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch display, an increase from 6.7-inch.

A18 Pro Chip Focuses On AI

The entire iPhone 16 line will be equipped with an A18 chip, but only the Pro version will get the A18 Pro chip. This chip is expected to improve CPU and GPU performance, with a main focus on improving the Neural Engine for better AI performance.

New Color Selection

This year, Apple will introduce a new color choice for the iPhone 16 Pro. The color "Blue Titanium" will be replaced by a Titanium Desert with a touch of rose accent. The "Black Titanium" color will also be darker, resembling the "Midnight" color. The "Natural Titanium" and "White Titanium" versions will also get a little revision.

'Capture' Button For Camera

All iPhone 16 models will have a new physical button called the 'Capture' button, which is designed for camera usage. This button will be placed on the right side of the device, below the Samping button, allowing users to quickly take photos and support moves to enlarge or focus the subject.

Ultra Wide Camera Improvement

The iPhone 16 Pro will have a significant increase in Ultra Wide cameras, with resolutions increasing to 48MP from 12MP. This will provide better quality in shooting and video.

Zoom Optical 5x on iPhone 16 Pro

The 5x optical zoom feature, which previously only existed on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, will now also be present on the iPhone 16 Pro. This means that both Pro sizes will have the same zoom capability.

Better Low Light Photographs

The main iPhone 16 Pro camera will be equipped with a new sensor that will allow better low-luminosity shooting, with an upgrade to night mode.

Larger Battery And Improved Thermal Design

Battery capacity on the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will also be improved. The iPhone 16 Pro will have a battery capacity of 3.577mAh, an increase from 3.274mAh on the iPhone 15, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a capacity of 4.676mAh, an increase from 4.422mAh. In addition, improvements in thermal design are expected to reduce overheating problems.

Improved Connectivity

The iPhone 16 Pro will support the recently introduced Wi-Fi 7 standard, as well as a faster 5G modem for better cellular speeds.

While none of the single features are in the spotlight, the iPhone 16 Pro offers improvements in areas that are important to users, such as larger screens, better cameras, and improved battery performance.
