JAKARTA Zoom, a video telecommunications company, has talked a lot about its platform capabilities on the Employee Experience (EX) Summit 2024 Asia Pacific. The platform that became the main topic was Zoom Workplace. Ricky Kapur, Head of Asia Pacific Zoom, said that the company faces many challenges in prominence in the competition market or increasing revenue. To deal with this challenge, the company needed the right tools to communicate. Zoom also provides support for Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the platform. Zoom's AI capabilities have been added since Workplace launched are AI Companion. This assistant platform makes Zoom Workplace smarter because it has more features that make its users easier.
