JAKARTA iOS 18, the latest operating system (OS) for the iPhone, is expected to be released in September. Ahead of the stable version launch, Apple is re-launching a testing version for the OS. The company launched iOS 18 beta 7 on Tuesday, August 20 with a fabrication number 22A5346a. It is not yet known what update or fixes are added to this version. However, reflecting on beta 6, the update on beta 7 may be only a few. The sixth testing version was just launched on August 12 with some minor changes. Reporting from 9to5mac, the changes Apple launched were seen on the Control Center button, Photo apps, Dark Mode refinement, and home screen coloring. By launching iOS 18 beta in stages, Apple wants to ensure its OS is ready to be released to the public. However, developers are still finding problems on performance and stability in iOS 18 beta even though Apple has released some improvements.

This whole problem should have been resolved by the time iOS 18 was launched. That way, iPhone users can update their software without any problems. They can also access dozens of new features spread across various apps. In addition to launching the latest testing version of iOS 18, Apple also released the seventh beta for macOS Sequioa,visionOS 2, iPadOS 18, watchOS 11, and tvOS 18. Just like iOS 18, all of these OS will be launched in September. The seventh Beta for developers is expected to be the final test for iOS 18, macOS Sequiao, and other OS. The reason is, the launch for the stable version is getting closer. However, there is still a possibility that Apple will launch the beta 8 version before the launch stabilizes.
