JAKARTA After launching Maxar-2 satellite belonging to Maxar Technologies, SpaceX launched a rideshare mission today. This mission puts more than 100 satellites into orbit.
Through a mission called Transporter-11, SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
The rocket was launched at 1.56 WIB and its rocket booster landed back about seven minutes after launch. "(This is) SpaceX's special smallsat rideshare program mission," SpaceX said in its latest launch report. "Until now, SpaceX has launched more than 1,000 smallsat for 130+ customers across our Rideshare program." Transporter-11 carries 116 payloads consisting of equipment owned by commercial and government customers. Some of the payloads launched came from Exolaunch, ISISpace, Maverick Space Systems, SEOPS, and many more.
