However, in recent months, the number of Twitch users on mobile phones has increased by up to 50 percent. Seeing this change, Twitch wants to make it easier for users on mobile phones to find content. Therefore, they overhaul the appearance of its mobile app so that its number of active users per month can experience an increase. "This allows streamers to maintain their relationship with their existing communities while finding new audiences through shorter and more frequent interactions," said Forrester via Twitch's official website. When opening the Twitch app with the latest design, all users will see live streaming feeds. This feed displays live recommendations that are personalized from streamers or communities that users like.

If the user shifts the screen to the side in the feed, they will see previews of various streamings. When they want to join or interact in the comments column, users only need to tap on the preview screen.
