JAKARTA - Apple will announce its next iPhone in three months. But a new video clip might give you the best idea of how this highly anticipated device will look.

Posted on X (previously known as Twitter), the leaked video shows a casing for the iPhone 16 which is thought to have been printed according to the new specifications of the cellphone.

The video reveals that the iPhone 16 will have a new button located on the right, which can be a game changer for selfie fans.

Scheduled for release in September, the iPhone 16 is expected to be the most expensive smartphone ever released by Apple.

The short video clip posted by @UniverseIce, a tipter deemed 'trusted' by TechRadar, shows the edge of the casing with a gap where users can access this new button.

The button, referred to as 'Capture Button', allows users to activate the camera faster than before, ensuring short moments can be captured. With a single press, Capture Button will take photos and start recording videos, offering an alternative for users not to tap on the screen.

The previous rendering obtained by 91mobiles also shows the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro with a new Button Capture located just below the existing power button.

This new clip also shows that camera lenses on the back will be vertically regulated rather than diagonalized, supporting claims from previous leaks. Apple wants all of its iPhones to be able to record'spatial videos' that can be played on Vision Pro, but this requires vertical camera settings.

Vision Pro, Apple's first mixed reality headset, will be released in England next month at a price of 3,499 pounds (Rp72.5 million) after being previously released in the US.

Like the iPhone 15 last year, the iPhone 16 is expected to be released in four versions of iPhone 16 (standard model), iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, it is uncertain whether all iPhone 16 models will get this Button Capture or which model fits the casing in the new clip.

Pro and Pro Max models are expected to have larger screen sizes compared to the iPhone 15, with the Pro model increasing from 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches, while Pro Max from 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches.

Although the exact price is unclear, the iPhone 16 is expected to exceed the price of the iPhone 15, starting at $799 for the standard model, while the most expensive variation, Pro Max, starts at $1199 and reaches $199 for 1TB of storage.

The render also shows that Apple is working on the iPhone SE 4, which is the latest in Apple's SE 'budget' smartphone line and an upgrade from the iPhone SE 3 of 2022.

The launch of the iPhone 16 will be accompanied by a large software update, iOS 18, which will feature a series of AI-powered features except in the European Union.
