JAKARTA - The Meta tech giant has finally announced the expansion of the presence of the Instagram Creator Marketplace feature to more countries, including Indonesian users.

Launched in July 2022, this feature makes it easier for creators to connect with brands and partners through branded content advertisements and partnerships. All branded content must be disclosed with the label of paid partnerships in Feeds, Stories, Live, Reel, and Instagram videos.

"We are excited to expand Creator Marketplace to more countries, including Indonesia, and provide better tools for creators to connect and collaborate with brands," said Rifky Septiaji, Strategic Partner Manager, APAC Global Partnerships, Meta in Indonesia quoted Tuesday, June 11.

Through this feature, creators can improve visibility through profiles and portfolios, manage partnerships with special messaging folders, as well as show their unique works and interests.

As for brands, Creator Marketplace will simplify searches for creators who fit the criteria. They can search for creator profiles with relevant insights, create and manage branded content campaigns, and track project progress on the platform.

With the discovery of efficient partner and campaign management through the Creator Marketplace feature, it is hoped that it can save time and brand resources.
