JAKARTA - The developer of Mainframe Industries has announced that its newest massive multiplayer online (MMO) game entitled Pax Dei will be launched in early access on June 18.

"Pax Dei is a game about people interacting with each other about war and peace that they will create, a social structure that will emerge," said Mainframe Industries director and co-founder Reynir Hardarson in a press release.

Mainframe Industries CEO and co-founder Thor Gunnarsson added, "We are honored and very grateful for the interest and enthusiasm our project has received. Today, we invite the players to start with us on the next trip."

The early access version of Pax Dei is still in the alpha stage and is under development, even though the gameplay foundation already exists. In this version, players will see a peaceful flow of play with a large area to explore.

Pax Dei is expected to remain in early access for at least one year. Throughout initial access, the developer will also expand the game both in terms of content and the system.

"After the release, we plan to introduce, in addition to the initial purchase of games, fees (subscriptions or the like) for sustainable access to games and their plots," the developer wrote in its announcement.
