Salesforce Introduces New Trusted AI And Data Innovations For Business

JAKARTA - Currently, AI is very important for the business world to increase productivity, deepen relationships with customers, and encourage higher profits.

To that end, Salesforce introduced the latest innovations from artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its trusted data, namely Einstein Copilot, Einstein 1 Studio, and also the release of Data Cloud Spring 24.

Einstein Copilot

Einstein Copilot, a new, conversation-based, and general AI assistant to CRM is now available for public beta.

The AI assistant, which has been integrated across the Salesforce app, allows Salesforce users to generate responses using their own personal and trusted data, without requiring expensive AI model training.

Einstein 1 Studio

In addition, Salesforce also announced the availability of Einstein 1 Studio, a low-code technology that allows admins and Salesforce developers to personalize Einstein Copilot and integrate AI in any app easily.

Einstein 1 Studio is equipped with a Copilot Builder to create a number of special AI actions to complete a certain variety of business tasks, a Prompt Builder to build and activate special commands in the workflow, and a Builder Model, where users can create or import various AI models.

Data Release Cloud Spring '24

Einstein 1 Studio is very integrated with Data Cloud, Salesforce's hyperscale data machine, which can open and unify trapped and underlying AI models with a comprehensive understanding of customer data and metadata.

To that end, Salesforce announced the Release of Cloud Spring 24 Data, which includes the latest innovative features to make data in Cloud Data easier to use across CRM applications and Salesforce platform services.
