TikTok Notes Officially Launched, Similar To Pinterest

JAKARTA TikTok launched an application similar to Instagram. The application launched with the name TikTok Notes can already be downloaded in app stores, but only available in Australia and Canada. The platform known for its vertical video format reveals that they want to experiment with different types of social media. TikTok wants to provide a new platform for sharing moments so they launch TikTok Notes. "We are in the early stages experimenting with special spaces for photo and text content with TikTok Notes. Starting today, TikTok Notes are available for download and limited testing in Australia and Canada," TikTok said via the platform X. Even though the concept is the same as Instagram, it is to share photos with captions, TikTok Notes has a very different interface view. In fact, the feed part of TikTok Notes looks more like the Pinterest app. TikTok Notes users will see twofeed categories, namely For You and Following. The concept offeedFor You is the same as the For Your Page (FYP) display on TikTok, namely combining photo uploads from all TikTok Notes users.

Meanwhile, feedFollowing will display photos from the account that is indeed being followed. All photo uploads on TikTok Notes can be commented on, signed likes, or even stored. The last feature is very useful if users want to revisit an upload.TikTok Notes is indeed a different application from the TikTok video platform, but both applications are still connected. When you first open TikTok Notes, users can go directly to the TikTok account they already have. By launching TikTok Notes, TikTok hopes to present a platform that can record various valuable moments. This platform can also be used as a creatively expressive medium or interact with other users via the photo you like.
