JAKARTA - Telegram messaging apps are rolling out new features that allow users to be able to create their own stickers, directly from the Telegram app.

"Starting today, anyone can quickly create stickers and the entire collection of stickers using advanced new editors without needing to leave Telegram," Telegram CEO Pavel Durov wrote in his recent announcement.

Similar to the features on WhatsApp, you can create stickers from your personal photos, then add emojis or text into the image to be used as stickers.

Just take any photos and add text, images, or animated stickers, emojis, and GIFs that are countless on the platform. Turning a cat into a visual art is never this easy in the history of mankind," he added.

How to make it easy, Durov says that you only need one tap to cut objects and remove backgrounds.

What's more interesting and different than WhatsApp is, you can manually delete and recover the photo part, or add a framework for the classic sticker display.

How To Create Stickers On Telegram

To start creating stickers on Telegram, open a sticker panel from your input column in any chat, then tap the invite button (+).

When finished, just send the sticker or create a set of stickers so that friends can reuse the cats you cut in their chats.

To add stickers to a set, select emojis that describe their emotions. Telegram will also use Al to suggest emojis based on your images such as cats, dogs, or cars.
