JAKARTA - Samsung is preparing to present a number of selected Galaxy AI features to a number of flagship phones and old tablets in May via the One UI 6.1 update. According to reports from 9to5Google and Android Central indicating that a Samsung representative, who sent posts at the company's community forum in Korea, provided clues about these developments.

The upcoming update will bring a modified version of the Galaxy AI to the Samsung flagship line from 2022, including the S22, S22 Plus, S22 Ultra, Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, Tab S8, and Tab S8 Ultra. This Galaxy AI version will be similar to those available on the Galaxy S23 FE at a more affordable price, even without the Instant Slow-Mo feature.

Instant Slow-Mo, which automatically plays videos in slow motion when touched, was first introduced to the S24 line but is now also available on the S23 model.

For the owner of flagship Samsung phones from 2021, there is good news too. The upcoming update will bring two features of Galaxy AI, Circle to Search and Magic Rewrite, to devices such as S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra, Flip 3, and Fold 3. These features aim to improve user experience and add value to old flagship devices.
