These Three Crypto Companies Make Super Artificial Intelligence Alliances, This Is The Goal!

JAKARTA - The new chapter in the evolution of artificial intelligence (AI), three leading companies in the web3 and AI sectors, Match.AI, SingularityNET (SNET), and Ocean Protocol, has announced the merger of their crypto tokens. This initiative aims to create Super Artificial Intelligence (ASI) which will be operated by Super Intelligence Collective, an entity dedicated to open-source research and development of AI.

Match.AI, known for its decentralized multi-agent platform for AI applications, SNET with blockchain-based AI markets, and Ocean Protocol as a privacy-preserving data exchange platform, is now united in a common vision. This alliance is expected to advance decentralized General Artificial Intelligence (AGI) and pave the way for further innovations in breast milk.

The founders of the three companies, Humayun Sheikh, Ben Goertzel, and Trent McConaginhy, have expressed their commitment to creating alternatives to the dominance of Big Tech in AI development. They believe that ethical and transparent AI should be decentralized, enabling direct interaction between developers and users without intermediaries of centralized authorities.

In the proposed merger of tokens to be submitted on March 27, community members of the three companies will vote in a 14-day consideration period. If approved, the FET token will transform into breast milk with a total supply of 2.63 billion tokens and an initial price of $2.82 (approximately IDR 44,592.00). AGIX and OCEAN will follow with a predetermined conversion rate, leading to an breastfeeding valuation of $7.5 billion.

Superi Intelligence Collective, which will be formed after approval of the proposal, will have a supervisory board with Sheikh as chairman and Goertzel as CEO. Pon and McConaginhy will represent Ocean Protocol in the council. Although it will collaborate in the breast milk token ecosystem, these three companies will continue to operate separately.

This move is expected to strengthen the position of decentralized AI as a strong alternative to AI projects controlled by large technology companies. By combining their resources and expertise, this alliance has the potential to accelerate AGI and breast milk achievements that are truly independent and open to all.
