Marvel's Blade Game Is Under Development By Bethesda Softworks And Arkane Lyon

JAKARTA - Marvel Entertainment, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney, has confirmed that its latest game Marvel's Blade is being developed by Bethesda Softworks and Arkane Lyon.

To celebrate Blade' 50th anniversary, we have found a suitable partner for the Daywalker at Arkane Lyon, a studio consisting of uncompromising artists that continues to push the limits of game design and innovation, said Bill Rosemann, VP and Creative Director of Marvel Games in its official announcement, quoted Tuesday, December 12.

In addition to winning awards for the DEATHLOOP game and the Dishonored series, Rosemann said that it was Arkane Lyon's personal spirit and vision that made this collaboration very suitable.

Currently, the company says that Arkane Lyon has just started developing this game. Later, Marvel's Blade will feature original stories with studio-type immersive gameplay and world-class narratives.

When it launches, Marvel's Blade will take you to the quarantine section in Paris amid a supernatural emergency. Vampires appear, terrorize the city of light and force Parisians to take shelter in their homes at night to wait for the sunrise.
