The Number Of Crypto Investors And Transactions In Indonesia Increased In October 2023

JAKARTA - Data from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (CoFTRA) shows that the number of crypto investors in Indonesia reached 18.06 million people in October 2023, an increase of 0.84 percent from the previous month.

Along with the surge in investor numbers, crypto transactions in Indonesia also show strong momentum. CoFTRA reported a transaction value of IDR 10.5 trillion in October 2023, an increase of 31.9 percent from last month, amounting to IDR 7.96 trillion.

Nevertheless, CoFTRA noted a decline in October 2023, which decreased by 19 percent compared to October 2022, where the transaction value at that time reached IDR 12.96 trillion.

Tokocrypto CEO Yudhono Rawis also agrees that the crypto landscape in Indonesia continues to grow dynamically. Tokocrypto itself, as one of the Candidates for Physical Traders of Crypto Assets (CPFAK) in Indonesia, contributed to this positive growth.

Furthermore, Yudho also explained that Tokocrypto will continue to strive to improve user experience through new features and improve platform security.
