Pixel Watch is indeed one of Google's best devices, but this device still has flaws due to its easily damaged device. What's more, Google doesn't provide repair options for Pixel Watch.

Quoting from 9to5google, last year the Pixel Watch became the talk of the town because this smartwatch was easily damaged by various factors. With the emergence of this problem, Google also confirmed a few months later that they did not provide repair services.

Of course, smart devices without repair services will be a big shortage. This problem was repeated on Pixel Watch 2 as details shared by Google. The company explained that screen repairs due to accidental damage were not available.

However, Google doesn't really ignore the issue of this damage. The company provides Preferred Care, budget, or insurance to keep Google devices from being damaged, either by accident or by factory error.

This guarantee itself costs 4 US dollars (IDR 62 thousand) per month and 89 US dollars (IDR 1.3 million) for two years. This package is available with a maximum period of 60 months or 5 years. After the maximum time, customers can no longer file insurance claims.

By subscribing to this package, customers can claim an accidental amount of damage such as falling, being hit by a water spill, cracks, and various other mechanical problems.

This insurance package was actually offered on the first Pixel Watch series, but Google deleted it a few weeks later, except for Google Fi subscribers.
