Google Launches Screenshot Feature Directly From Chrome, Here's How!

JAKARTA - Google now makes it easier for users to take pictures of silence from the video that is being played on its Chrome browser.

The company says in its blog post, many users have had difficulty taking screenshots directly from Chrome.

Indeed, they could use third-party apps but Google states that the image quality obtained by users sometimes has low and complicated resolutions.

Therefore, now, Google Chrome has the ability to immediately take screenshots in its application.

"Being available today, you can pause anywhere in the video played on Chrome and get a clean copy of the exact frame you want," Google said, quoted Friday, September 1.

Users simply right-click on the video and select Copy Video Frames. Chrome will capture what is being displayed and users have the option to paste images in the text sector supported in the browser, such as Google Docs.

According to Engadget, the image can also be copied into the Apple Notes app. Unfortunately, this feature does not yet have the option to store video images copied directly to the desktop as files.

Currently, this feature is also limited to streaming services, and many of them limit the ability to capture content.

In addition to this feature, Google also makes it easier for users to set the tabs they open into one group to track everything that needs to be completed, either by course, due date, or type of task.

Just right-click any tab in Chrome, select Add Tab to a New group and name it. Users can also search for certain open tabs, whether grouped or not.

Type @tabs in Chrome address bar, press tab or space on keyboard, and select the tab you are looking for. If the user wants to remove multiple tabs altogether, add the site to your Readlist to reopen later.

To do that, right-click any tab in Chrome and select Add Tab to Readlist. Users can find anything that is submitted to the list on Chrome side panel.
