JAKARTA - PQube publisher and developer Dual Effect officially announced that Tormented Souls 2 will soon be launched for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2024.

This game is a sequel to the classic horror game Tormented Souls. Set after the Wildberger Hospital incident, you as Caroline Walker miss a normal life with her younger sister, Anna.

"Crypta Walker is back in the award-winning classic survival horror sequel. Quoting the hall of haunted monasteries and the location of other nightmares," the developer wrote in a game caption on Steam's website.

But unfortunately, fate has other plans. Anna became a victim of a mysterious attack, which caused her to cough blood and experience black eyes.

In a desperate attempt to save his sister, Caroline had to turn to supernatural things in Puerto Miller, a remote city in South America, which has a terrible past.

Here, you have to rely on your logic to unifies the pieces of items found, so that a connection appears between those items.

"Creatively incorporating resources to open a twisted puzzle and dig deeper into the dark mystery that covers your way," the studio added.

Even more fun, unlike the first game, this Tormented Souls 2 does not support cross-gen gaming mode, and will not come to the Switch. It will come out in 2024 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

"Looking at the scary creatures who are only armed with emergency weapons while you are desperately trying to save your cursed sister," the developer concluded.
