JAKARTA - A non-profit organization dedicated to developing the growth of nonfungible tokens (NFT) on the Bitcoin BTC network with the ticker symbol dropping $29.482, has been launched by the team behind the Bitcoin Ordinary protocol.

The California-based nonprofit organization, called the Open Ordinary Institute, will strengthen the Ordinary protocol by providing funding for team core developers, including the main maintenance of a project known as the Raph pseudonym.

Overall, the four team members will be part of this new nonprofit board: Raph; the host of the podcast focuses on Bitcoin, Erin Redwing; an Ordinary developer whose identity is unknown and known as Ordinally; as well as the creator of Ordinary, Casey Rodarmor.

The Ordinary protocol was launched in January by Rodarmor. In a short time, this protocol became one of the most popular crypto trends, with users vying to pin assets on the Bitcoin blockchain, including Bitcoin-based NFT and cryptocurrencies.

On May 28, Rodarmor released his role as the main maintainer of the protocol and handed over the responsibility to Raph.

At 5:30 p.m. UTC on August 1, the total number of Bitcoin Ordinarys surpassed 21 million, a promising milestone for Bitcoin network users.

Tim juga meluncurkan situs web resmi untuk organisasi ini, Ordinarys.org, yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan donasi dan melihat pembaruan tentang perkembangan proyek.

According to the official website, all donations given to the Institute will meet the requirements for tax reduction for US citizens after obtaining approval from the Internal Revenue Service, which is expected to occur at the end of the year.
