Currently, the remittance services entering the DANA and RIA Money Transfer can be carried out by Indonesian migrant workers around the world, including from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Indonesian migrant workers who are RIA Money Transfer customers or called beneficiaries, can send money to the country by depositing money through the RIA Money Transfer service only by entering a telephone number.

Then, remittance recipients are required to have an account and use the DANA application to receive funds according to the nominal deposited. Funds will be received in the form of a DANA balance and can be immediately used for various needs.

Through a wide open network and ecosystem, DANA also allows remittance recipient families to make cash withdrawals (Over the Counter or OTC) in several DANA partner outlets that are widely spread across various parts of Indonesia, through Alfamart, Pegadaian, and Lawson.
