Anticipating Crypto Asset Cyber Crime Mode, INDODAX Takes This Step!

JAKARTA - Technological developments are always followed by cyber crime modes which are also increasingly diverse and often outwit internet users in Indonesia. Talking about attacks, investment and banking services are often the main targets of this crime.

One of the most frequently used modes is phishing, where the victim is provoked to press the link or provide a code that has been manipulated to steal victim data.

As a company engaged in investing in crypto assets, INDODAX has implemented an MFA (multi Factor Authentication) system where members' accounts have passed several stages of authentication.

Furthermore, Oscar emphasized that the company will take firm action against fraud on behalf of INDODAX, Oscar Darmawan, and William Sutanto.

"To avoid crypto fraud, INDODDAX recommends always be careful and can always check INDODAX's web URL carefully, to ensure that the email address received is the official email address, namely support @indodax.com and [email protected]," said Oscar.

Also, Oscar also asks users to make sure to make transactions only on official INDODAX channels or official apps that can be downloaded via the App store and Play store for free.
